His favorite advice: You DON'T need drugs, alcohol,
intolerance or any excesses to become the best that you can be! Just be yourself, truly
and completely, and happiness will be an everyday affair for you. That sound advice is
based on a lifetime of knowledge, learning and hands-on experiences.
