DANGERS IN THE ORGANIZED LIFE
Are all the organizations harmful
and dangerous? Yes, they are because they dont have a heart. They are heartless
entities given a perpetual life by man-made laws. Isnt it odd that the government
can give organizations a legal entity with the power to own properties, sue people, create
trouble in society and generally do anything they like even when they dont have a
heart.
The government belongs to the same
man-made species as the organizations.
They are all heartless concerns
with a perpetual life and the power to do almost anything, more than what ordinary humans
can do. It is a dangerous trend as more and more authority figures form organizations with
almost infinite powers in their quest for power and wealth.
Organizations are heartless entities with the power to
hurt people and the environment badly but they cant feel any emotion. It is like
giving a robot the rights of citizenship! The government is an organization and so it is
not surprising that it always leans towards its own kind - the organizations. Isnt
this nepotism or cronyism?
We often hear of helpful organizations and
caring governments. Sure, some organizations are more helpful than others. Human rights
organizations, welfare bodies, charitable concerns and aid agencies are doing their part
in mitigating the harsh side-effects of the materialistic system. There is, however, a
price for their help even if it is not clearly stated or seldom mentioned. In times of
trouble, the victims are expected to embrace the beliefs of their helpers. Moreover, these
organizations have authority figures who are also messing up the world in other areas of
life.
There are strings
attached to all forms of aid, from the rich countries to the poor ones, from charitable
organizations and individuals, even from your closest friends. Often, gratitude, favors or
some other payment in kind is expected in return although seldom openly stated. There are
few enlightened individuals around and organizations (being the concrete structures they
are) cannot see the light.

In
actual situations, do-gooders often do more harm than good by imposing their values and
beliefs on the people they are supposed to help. They cannot help introducing their values
and beliefs to the people they help because they have been programmed by their superiors
to do that. The classic example is that of the religious missionaries who go around the
land helping the poor and converting them to their religions using subtle and covert
brainwashing techniques. The poor people are brainwashed into accepting the dogmas of the
organized religions of their helpers out of fear, ignorance or gratitude.
If these do-gooders are not members of any
organization, the story would be different. Individual beliefs are different from the
organized beliefs of organizations. They are neither harmful nor dangerous since they are
individual in nature and the people are free to form their own beliefs without any
coercion, trickery or fear.
Organizations are heartless concerns and cannot think or feel. Everything is in
black and white or dollars and cents to them. There is nothing in
between.
Their constitution sets out all
their rules, regulations, powers and beliefs in black and white terms. There is no place
for flexibility or emotion. They are mechanical structures. They can only act and act with
a vengeance most do when they are after power, money or fame! An individual is like the
versatile and flexible bamboo plant; an organization is like the stiff and rigid tree.
How can organizations be caring entities when they dont
even have a heart? Many people are fooled by the sales talk and
hard-sell because organizations, including governments, often promote through
the media that they have a heart, that they care, that they love you!
Every day throughout the year, organizations are relentlessly brainwashing the public that
they are useful, necessary, caring and good for the world. They do this through all kinds
of print and broadcast media advertising and sales promotions, including sponsoring
anything that can improve their image or sell their products or services.
The authority figures who are a
part of the management and supervisory staff of organizations are necessarily a group of
heartless people. Everyone knows this. How else can a person reach the top of the
corporate ladder if not by stepping on the fingers, toes, bodies and heads of those who
are weaker?
